Fostpro - Bridging the gap between academia and industry
According to NASSCOM, each year over 3 million graduates and post-graduates are added to the Indian workforce. However, of these only 25 percent of technical graduates and 10-15 percent of other graduates are considered employable.
Universities and educational institutions have been unable to update their syllabi in tune with the high speed changes taking place in the world of technology. Hence, the students churned out are not equipped to meet the current industry requirements and often companies have to incur additional expenses (time and monetary) to train new hires.
Fostpro - Industry Delivered Program
Under Industry Delivered Program (IDP) the program content is designed as per the real time industry experienced case studies and projects.
These programs are designed and delivered by companies who are directly or indirectly involved in the business of the above programs.
The IDP is not just the commercial arrangement but its acts as a knowledge transfer about latest developments of the applied tools in various domains.
